Mint Chutney

Ingredients

1 cup    - Mint leaves, fresh
1 cup    - Cilantro leaves, fresh
1/2 cup  - Vidalia onion
1/2 cup  - Red bell pepper
1        - Green Onion, bulb and tops
1/2      - Jalpeño pepper, including membrane (seeds removed)
1/4 tsp  - Salt
1/4 tsp  - Cumin
1/4 tsp  - Coriander powder
1/4 tsp  - Curry powder or garam masala
2 tsp    - Honey
2 tsp    - Lemon juice
1 tsp    - Lime juice
 
Directions

  • Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  • Mash with a fork to reduce air / foam.

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
