1 cup - Ripe mango, chopped (look for black spots on mango skin and strong mango aroma)
1/2 cup - Onion, finely chopped
2 Tbs - Teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp - Black pepper
1 lb - Ground beef
Chop ripe mango into peanut-sized pieces.
Chop sweet / Vidalia onion into pieces smaller than the chopped mango.
Pre-heat/cook onion in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Add teriyaki sauce to heated, chopped onions.
Add teriyaki, onions, mango, and pepper to ground beef.
For best results, let sit overnight to allow meat to absorb juices and flavors.
This also makes it easier to form patties.
